This is a full-time position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Salesforce.com Technical Leads provide companies with a competitive edge by aligning computer information systems with their business operations. They oversee all computer technical matters and manage information technology support teams; they may also be called upon to implement computer network security protocols. Salesforce.com Technical Leads collaborate with a technology development team and users to enhance the system’s performance and complete jobs on time. They perform analyses on efficiency and integration and report to management on development, implementation, and progress

Salesforce.com Technical Leads collaborate with development teams and departments and incorporate user feedback into the systems and ensure innovation and implementation occur at a timely and efficient speed. They manage support teams, evaluate performance metrics, and oversee user testing and adjustments. They hire and train new IT department staff and maintain computer network infrastructure while ensuring networks remain secure. Technical managers need a minimum bachelor's degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect complex technical Cloud CRM solutions.

  • You’ll be responsible for environmental management.

  • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce/Force.com.

  • Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce and Force.com.

  • Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).

  • Running workshops, working closely with the client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of config vs code.

  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.

  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.

  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.

  • Oversee code reviews.

  • Support pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.

  • Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.

  • A background in development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms (examples: Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Zoho) will be preferred.

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
